Cancellation Policy

Liability Waiver: By enrolling my child in Eagle E Fitness LLC, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding participation in the program: Risk of Injury: I understand that basketball is a physically demanding sport, and as such, there are inherent risks involved in participation. These risks may include, but are not limited to, injuries such as sprains, fractures, concussions, and other physical harm. I fully acknowledge these risks and agree that Eagle E Fitness LLC, its employees, volunteers, and representatives are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during practices, games, or any other related activities, whether they occur on or off the playing field. Medical Care Authorization: In case of an emergency, I hereby authorize the staff of Eagle E Fitness LLC to seek medical attention for my child if necessary, and I agree to bear any and all costs associated with such medical treatment. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Eagle E Fitness LLC, its coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, accident, illness, or loss, including injury to person or property, that may occur while my child is participating in the program. Refund Policy: Non-Refundable Fees: I understand that the registration fees for Eagle E Fitness LLC are non-refundable. By signing up for the program, I am committing to the payment of the full program fee, which is required at the time of registration. No Refunds for Absences or Cancellations: Eagle E Fitness LLC does not offer refunds or credits for any missed sessions, including but not limited to absences due to illness, injury, or personal reasons. In addition, once the program has commenced, no refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawals or cancellations made by the participant or their guardian. Program Cancellation: In the rare event that Eagle E Fitness LLC must cancel the program due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen situations), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule missed sessions. However, fees will not be refunded for such cancellations.
